PSC to hold hearing on Randolph water utility

CHARLESTON, W. Va.–The West Virginia Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold public comment and hearings on the future of a water utility in Randolph County.

Water utility Bessinger Rental Management serves a mobile home park in Harman.

The PSC initiated a general investigation into Bessinger based on customer complaints and Bessinger’s attempts at terminating water service to customers.

The hearings will be held Wednesday, February 9 at the Harman Fire Department starting at 4 pm.
