ELKINS, W. Va.–A North Central West Virginia county has a new 911 manager.
There is a new 911director in Randolph County. Shonna Fox is the new director of Randolph County 911 and Office of Emergency Management.
Fox is the former director of the Barbour County OEM and 911.
Fox replaces the previous director who was dismissed by the Randolph County Commission in October.
The Randolph County Commission unanimously approved Fox for the position.
