Morgantown man sentenced on a weapons violation

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh sentenced a Morgantown man to nearly two years for a weapons violation.

Reynaldo Millan, 30, will serve 19 months and 21 days in prison for possessing a firearm while under a felony indictment. Millan admitted to having a .223/5.56mm rifle and a .38 caliber revolver in December 2018 in Monongalia County.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Mon Metro Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force conducted the investigation.
