FAIRMONT, W.Va. – State Police have charged a Fairmont woman after finding her unconscious in a car wash with drugs.
Police say Angela Fox, 41, gave police conflicting reasons for being at the car wash and consent to police to perform a search.
Police said they recovered scales, unused baggies, methamphetamine, suboxone strips, a taser, brass knuckles and multiple knives.
Fox has been charged with possession with intent to deliver.
