PHILIPPI, W. Va.–A Harrison County teen has been charged in an alleged Barbour County murder.
The Barbour County Sheriff’s Department released details on a January 3rd shooting at the Pleasant Creek Wildlife Management Area shooting range
Authorities said that Stoane Binegar, 19 of Shinnston has been charged with first degree murder and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
Law enforcement said that he victim David Heater, died of a single gunshot wound. Heater’s body was found by individuals who went to use the shooting range that day.
The investigation is ongoing.
