FSU lands program to assist high school students

FAIRMONT, W. Va.–Fairmont State University will host a program to assist high school students.

According to Fairmont State University they have been chosen to be the home of the West Virginia Governor’s Honors Academy through 2024.

The Governor’s Honors Academy is an enhancement to the high school curriculum.

Students will investigate the arts and sciences as they build a better comprehension of how art, culture and knowledge change as time progresses.

The program is offered to qualifying high school juniors.

The non-credit program is scheduled June 25 through July 15 this year at FSU at no cost to West Virginia students.
