ELKINS< W. Va.–A Randolph County city has a new main street manager.
Elkins Main Street has a new downtown manager. Vince Trimboli has been named as the manager.
According to Elkins Main Street their mission is to grow a vibrant, livable downtown experience and environment. And that the purpose of the Elkins Main Street program is to tackle the complex issue of downtown and neighborhood district revitalization.
