ELKINS, W. Va.–A Randolph County city has a new head for its main street program.
Elkins Main Street has been named Lisa Eason fill the position.
Elkins Main Street is a downtown revitalization program that follows the National Main Street Center’s community-based approach to preservation and development.
In addition to Elkins there are 12 other certified Main Street organizations in West Virginia.
