BUCKHANNON, W. Va.–An Upshur County city is looking at a ban on parking along parade routes.
This comes after a car rammed into parade spectators in Wisconsin last month.
The proposed ordinance in Buckhannon would ban all parking along the parade route an hour before parades.
Under the proposal the City of Buckhannon would be able to tow cars from the parade route.
