A Mon County Man who used a government debit card to pay for his own gasoline when he was a Taylor County medic has pleaded guilty.
According to the Office of the Taylor County Prosecutor 32 year-old Jeffrey
Simmons of Morgantown pleaded guilty to felony fraudulent schemes and felony
fraudulent use of an access device.
Simmons used the debit card for unauthorized purchases of fuel from July of last year to June of this year.
Simmons received probation for three years.
