BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — The driver involved in a multicounty high-speed pursuit that involved the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has been identified.
Dontae Wilson, 28, is charged with felony fleeing with reckless indifference.
Deputies in Harrison County attempted to initiate a traffic stop when a vehicle began to flee at speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
Wilson is the only person named in the complaint. Another individual was ‘presumably’ taken into custody by ICE, Bridgeport Chief of Police Marks Rogers told outlet WDTV on Tuesday.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
