WEST UNION, W.Va. — One of the drivers has been charged in connection with a fatal two-vehicle accident from March in Doddridge County.

Louis Oswalt, 46, is in police custody and charged with DUI causing death.
The two-vehicle collision happened at the intersection of U.S. Route 50 and state Route 18. Troopers said Oswalt ran a red light on March 18 and hit a car driven by Angie Campbell.
Campbell was taken to United Hospital Center and later transferred to J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. Campbell died of her injuries on Friday, April 4.
Troopers said Oswalt’s vehicle contained marijuana and several bottles of prescription pills. He later tested positive for buprenorphine, benzodiazepines and cannabinoids.
Oswalt is in North Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 cash-only bail.
