CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Department of Agriculture is confirming the presence of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Pocahontas County. The diagnosis comes from a backyard flock, marking the second case in domestic birds in the Mountain State.
