PARSONS, W.Va. — A Tucker County man will spend the rest of his life in prison after being convicted in the murder of his brother.
A 12-member Tucker County jury has returned a guilty verdict of first-degree murder with no mercy against Robert Tennant.
Tennant, 65, shot his brother, Edward Tennant during a property dispute in the St. George area of Tucker County in April 2023.
At the time of his arrest, Tennant told police he shot his brother to solve an ongoing problem and that he had planning the killing for several days.
Tennant faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.
