MOUNT CLARE, W.Va. — The motorcyclist killed in an early Saturday morning crash in Harrison County has been identified.
Deputies from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department said Robert Starkey, 30, of Mount Clare, was found dead at the scene on Mount Clare Road at 2:28 a.m.
Investigators believe there was no other vehicle involved in the crash.
An autopsy and toxicology analysis is being done.
