CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Pennsylvania woman faces up to 20-years in federal prison after her conviction by a jury for possession with intent to distribute heroin and fentanyl.
Members of the Greater Harrison Drug Task Force watched Jalisa Lashae Hawkins, 35, of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, at a Clarksburg residence that was under surveillance due to complaints of drug activity. Hawkins was seen interacting with someone at the home and leaving.
